I woke up early again today. I looped around the golf course from my apartment, trying to keep the pace easy and sustainable. I ended up with a little over 4 miles. I felt good again. No knee/IT pain, I wore the straps though and still iced afterwards. I think that I will be in real good shape next week.
I finished with the crunch routine
1st set: 100 crunches
75 crunches left side
75 crunches right side
2nd set: 80 crunches
75 left
75 right
Total distance: 4.25 miles
