First track workout ever.
1 mile warmup @ 7:20
Mile 1 - 6:08
Mile 2 - 6:07
Mile 3 - 6:06
Mile 4 - 6:30
1/2 mile cooldown
Quite hot/humid again, I planned on doing 5 or 6, but after 3rd mile, it was getting really tough. 4th mile was taken much easier, but still was struggling
