September 30th

Track workout today. I was planning on doing maybe 4 mile repeats at 6 minute pace. Got to track and Justin talked me into doing 8.

First one was at 5:45 and the rest were all around 5:55. Jon, Travis, and Matt all left early. Right IT pain at the end.
